Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is on hold while we complete our compliance review and will be announced when available.

UK delivery options

 
• Standard (2–3 working days) — £3.95
 
• Standard — FREE on orders of £75 or more
 
• Express (1–2 working days) — £6.95

For the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote areas, standard delivery takes 4–6 working days at the same rates; express delivery is not available to these areas.

British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses: standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of £6.95.

Dispatch times

Orders are generally dispatched within 1 working day (Monday to Friday). You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships. We deliver with Royal Mail, Evri, Amazon Shipping and FedEx.

Delays and lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@ngactivewear.co.uk and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll resend your order or issue a full refund — your choice.

Delivery address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge you the redelivery cost before resending.
